What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate Business Development professionals across the country
- Drive the delivery and integration of national event activity, partnerships, and car club engagement for Shannons
- Foster high performance through coaching, development, and empowerment of a remote and regionally dispersed team
- Use customer insights and market knowledge to drive brand visibility, deepen relationships, and support profitable growth
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Events, Strategy, and Customer Service to execute programs of work
- Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and uphold the safety and wellbeing of your team
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing Shannons within the Motoring Enthusiast community and wider industry
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in business development, sales, or event-based roles, ideally within insurance, automotive, or financial services
- Experience managing and motivating remote teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strong grasp of performance metrics and how to use data and coaching to uplift results
- A passion for community, events, and driving team excellence
- An understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services is desirable
