Procurement Officer

You'll be responsible for managing documents, engaging with stakeholders, ensuring pipeline visibility, and conducting market research.

Additionally, you'll take minutes for Sourcing Committee meetings.

Your role will also provide you with development opportunities such as shadowing contract negotiations and supplier briefings, and potentially leading low-risk, lower-value procurement opportunities.Manage and organise important documentsEngage with stakeholders to draft documents and respond to supplier clarificationsEnsure pipeline visibility by prompting stakeholders on deadlinesTake minutes for Sourcing Committee meetingsShadow contract negotiations and supplier briefingsPotentially lead low-risk, lower-value procurement opportunities such as simple and non-complex RFQsWhat you bring : The ideal candidate for this Procurement Officer position brings a wealth of experience in procurement or a similar role.
