About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced State Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our fleet across multiple depot locations, including Perth and the Pilbara region. Reporting to the Managing Director and Group General Manager, this leadership role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance operations that support business performance.
This is a Perth-based role with regular site travel to support and lead regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across all workshops
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
- Oversee remote and metro teams of supervisors and mechanics
- Ensure compliance with WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) and Chain of Responsibility
