Environmental Manager

Due to a recently awarded, Brisbane-based main roads design and construction project, there is an opportunity for an experienced

• Environmental Manager
• to join our team. Reporting directly to the Project Director you will play a crucial part of the project team, where you will be hands-on in the management and oversight to provide environmental leadership, functional support, and technical advice to our management.
• About You
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years' + years in civil construction in environmental management.
• Prior experience on major infrastructure projects (TMR, Rail) highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex environmental concepts to a wide-ranging audience.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of environmental sustainability strategies and projects.
• Support the performance monitoring and reporting of our environmental & sustainability initiatives.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload.
• In-depth understanding of environmental regulations and a flexible, solution-focused approach to addressing regulatory challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development, active listening, and collaborative problem-solving.
