- The Role
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

- To be successful in the role you must have
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service and to internal and external customers
- Ability to work Monday to Friday (rostered shifts)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
- Willingness to learn
