We're seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead & coordinate all aspects of Performance & Reporting contract deliverables in not only Operations, but Sales, Projects & Technical Assurance. This includes all facets of Managed Services & Business Delivery including, SLA management, contract deliverable management, commercial models, capability & availability development and initiatives for innovation with our customer base.
Your day in the life at Optus
High-level relationship management with key customer and internal stakeholders.
Gain commitment from other stakeholders, management, and project managers to achieve the overall customer reporting objectives.
Validate ongoing reporting plan with sponsors and senior leadership.
Liaise between customer and functional management within Optus and other 3rd parties regarding reporting Issues.
Responsible for achieving the customer contract objectives related to reporting.
Ensuring reporting documentation delivered is in accordance with defined standards, contractual requirements and is complete and accurate.
Your skills to pay the bills
Service Management (construct, governance, and performance)
Well-developed knowledge of Reporting Management practices and processes
Excellent Customer Relationship skills.
ITIL 4 certification or working knowledge.
Contract & Financial Management Knowledge
Manages Operational, Commercial and Reputational risk.
