About the roleThe Project Administrator is an integral role to provide exemplary administrative support to the project delivery team. The SHAPE + team deliver small to mid-scale fit out and refurbishments that require turnkey solutions, aftercare and maintenance. We are looking for someone who can effectively work across multiple projects supporting the SHAPE + delivery team in the office.
As part of your responsibilities you will :
Take day to day calls from Clients and Subcontractors.Provide administration support to all members of the Shape + team.Assist in submitting tenders.Process subcontractor Invoices.Place Orders.Liaise with subcontractorsProduce and collate reports, documents, and general data entry.High level schedule management for the team.Assist with project finance tasks.Why we're a great place to workWhen we ask our people what they most enjoy about working here, they always say 'the people'. Not essential to have construction experience.Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.Exceptional time management and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Previous invoicing and accounts experience.A proactive and efficient approach to work and use of initiative.High level computer literacy in MS Office Suite (Excel is highly regarded)Want to know more?Note to agencies : We have preferred recruitment partners in place and therefore are unable to accept speculative enquiries.
