Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the performance and operations of a multi-site region, ensuring stores exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
- Implement data-driven strategies tailored to individual store needs to enhance performance
- Drive visual merchandising excellence, meeting planogram standards and optimising window displays for maximum impact
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting the company's vision and values
- Stay ahead of market trends, using insights to influence decisions and drive business growth
- Manage budgets, wages, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Recognise and celebrate team achievements to foster a culture of engagement and success
What We Are Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring :
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Regional Manager (preferably overseeing 6+ stores)
- Proven ability to grow KPIs and drive exceptional results
- Experience in luxury or premium retail, with a strong understanding of customer service expectations
- Expertise in visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and design
- A proactive mindset, using market trends and opportunities to drive success
- Outstanding leadership skills, capable of earning trust and respect while promoting company values
- A passion for training and development, tailoring methods to meet diverse team needs
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a polished appearance
