Senior Sourcing Specialist – Engineering and Maintenance Services

Location : Sydney CBD, (Hybrid)

Salary : $181,287 + 10% Bonus

About the Role

Join a leading Australian energy provider undergoing a significant transformation within its procurement function. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strategising, developing, and managing procurement processes aligned with organisational goals. This newly created role focuses on the engineering and maintenance services categories within the Indirects team.

Aspects of the Role

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement category strategies.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with established KPIs.
• Utilise procurement systems such as iBuy and Ariba to manage sourcing activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model : 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
