Strategic Sourcing SpecialistThe primary focus of this role is to deliver the successful completion of challenging roles that have been open for an extended period beyond 100 days.
The role will include :
- Working with the initial BAU recruiter to understand the sourcing strategy conducted to date
- Re-Job Brief with the Hiring Manager to gain a deep understanding of the role and uncover the USPs for the role
- Review analytics for advertising to understand areas to increase effectiveness
- Commence recruitment using identified USP and advertising analytics
- Create marketing strategies including adverting, social media and other medias and implement
- Utilise analytics tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and our Inhouse Analytics to form a robust recruitment strategy
- Manage recruitment through to selection of 5 positions per month
- Collate a Recruitment Strategy Framework (RSF) for each role type
- Coach and collaborate with the BAU recruitment team on the strategy implemented to support future success in sourcing
- Handover any marketing collateral used, advertising copy or insights gained through post placement coaching sessions with BAU Recruiter and relevant lead.
This is a spotlight position with outcomes and success highly visible to both peers at Slout Solutions and our primary client alike. The emphasis will be on quality, advanced recruitment techniques and the the ability to not just create a strategic sourcing plan, but then execute within a strict timeline.
