Due to growth, we are looking for a new team member initially on a 12-month full-time contract with the view of permanency.
This role is a strategic sourcing role, working closely with our 5-member Vet recruitment team generating market research, developing local and international market maps and generation of leads for our 5-member Vet recruitment team in a high performance and faced paced environment.

- Your new role
- Partner with the Vet recruitment team to ensure we are strategically sourcing Vets in a time-critical manner for both immediate and future needs across Australia and New Zealand.
- Market mapping, segmentation and lead generation for domestic and international talent pools
- Work with the business in a growth environment, helping to improve and optimise systems and processes, bringing in best recruitment practice
- Our new team member will be

- You understand how important customer service is, always going above and beyond to listen and support your team and our customers
- Research and data driven -
- Ability to use a wide range of search tools including our ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter to your advantage, providing insights to the team from data
- Highly skilled in strategic sourcing -
- building talent pools and mapping critical talent locally and internationally
- A confident communicator
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, able to craft appealing content aligned to our EVP offering
- Agile & adaptable

- 5+ years of Recruitment experience
- with an executive search / research management background is advantageous but not essential.
This would suit someone who has worked in recruitment and is looking for an industry change or you may be wanting to make a move from agency to in-house team.
