We are recruiting separately for a part-time role.

The FDSV Pilot team will comprise Case Workers employed by both Anglicare WA and Starick.

Applicants wishing to be considered by both organisations are encouraged to apply separately to each organisation.Working as part of an integrated team, you will provide direct support to child and adult victim-survivors while building the capacity of GP Clinics to respond to FDSV.

You will work collaboratively with GP clinic staff to integrate case work practice and systems, conduct risk assessments and safety planning, and facilitate effective referral pathways to specialist FDSV services.Your role will be instrumental in fostering a whole-of-practice FDSV-aware culture within GP clinics while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support for individuals impacted by FDSV.Job DescriptionWhat you will bring!You are a passionate and skilled professional eager to deliver quality services to clients in collaboration with Starick.

To excel in this role, you will have : Tertiary qualification in Social Work or PsychologyExperience working with FDSV and / or child sexual abuse victims / survivors in case managementDemonstrated skills in assessing and managing ongoing risk when working with victim-survivorsStrong knowledge of current FDSV theories, practice and literature, including understanding of intergenerational traumaAbility to build effective relationships and referral pathways with diverse stakeholdersSkills in training and supporting GP Clinic staff new to FDSV service delivery Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Well-developed cultural awareness skills when working with Aboriginal and CaLD groupsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance (valid within one year), Working with Children Check, and a WA Driver's Licence.
