The Role : NOVA Entertainment is on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to join the team on a 9-month parental leave contract. In this role, you will be expected to provide full administrative support to our Chief Growth Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Group Director, Programming, Nova Network. This role will provide unparalleled support and customer service both internally and externally to our key stakeholders.

Provide a high level of support to your executives, including diary and inbox managementKeep across your executives' priorities and action items to ensure they are actioned and completed within a reasonable time and complete actions on their behalf when possibleEnsure any preparation for meetings is done ahead of timePrepare correspondence, communications, reports, presentations, and other documentationRespond to internal & external stakeholder queriesExpense management for your executivesExercise discretion with highly sensitive informationOccasionally support additional executives due to annual leave or business requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have :
