Newly created role for a Training Professional to support & deliver tailored learning across our growing APAC region!As we continue to expand, our investment in our people is imperative to maintain their growth. We now require the services of an accomplished Training Partner / Specialist to deliver key programs and high-quality learning interventions across the APAC region. Whilst this is a newly created role, it will be part of our well-established HR team. Training and development have been extensive and on-going, but this now needs a dedicated resource to deliver comprehensive training solutions across the organisation.
This role
- can be based in Perth, Singapore or Hong Kong
- with some flexible working, the role will report to the Talent Development Manager. There will be some international travel across the region!
- In this role, you will be;
- Liaising with stakeholders regarding hiring, development, and promotion plans.
- Delivering targeted priority training programmes including effective onboarding of new employees across designated regions.
- Designing and / or delivering training interventions to enhance skills and knowledge in alignment to career progression paths.
- Use a range of blended techniques to deliver impactful and timely training solutions.
- Working with Managers to support the delivery of follow-up training interventions to optimize performance.
- Ongoing assessment and evaluation of training programs to ensure continuous improvement, identifying additional needs and skill gaps.
- Leveraging existing online learning content within blended learning solutions.
- Plan regional training schedules in alignment with business priorities.
- Promote training offerings and encourage engagement
- Communicate training offerings on a timely basis.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs.
- Awareness of industry learning trends, learning cultures and styles.
- Advocate of NES Fircroft best practice!

- To be successful in the role, you will have;
- A proven background in training delivery using blended solutions within a sales or recruitment environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment offering a superb level of customer care and demonstrating passion for people development.
- 2-3years experience in a recruitment agency / sales setting
- Experience at remaining close to the business and wider team whilst working remotely.
- Possess a creative & commercial flair with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in all areas of the training cycle - training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Excellent Facilitation skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise way.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent form of sales training certification would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Self-motivated and flexible in approach
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of sales and CRM tools is highly desirable.
