- Administer and optimize SuccessFactors LMS, including creating items, curricula, and assignment profiles.
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and ensure clean, reliable training data.
- Test SCORM-compliant content for online learning.
- Provide expert-level reporting to support Training Needs Analysis and operational decision-making.
- Act as a bridge between technical systems and operational training needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure training systems meet business goals.
- What You Bring
- We are looking for a systems-savvy training professional with a passion for data integrity, LMS optimization, and operational impact.
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in defining training requirements in operational or mining environments.
- Exposure to instructional design for both online and classroom content.
- High-level data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of OHS legislative requirements and safety-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
