• About the opportunity

Support the Head of Procurement in managing various indirect categories across ANZ. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders to help evolve this function and to meet the current and future business objectives.

• Duties
• Lead strategies and savings projects within specific spend categories
• Support the implementation of global and regional procurement projects
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure projects and sourcing strategies are implemented effectively
• Support and guide local stakeholders to ensure compliance across process and policies
• Provide systems support
• Prepare monthly reports including spend report, savings reports and reports for supply chain as required
• Help improve contract management and third party engagement
• Manage and monitor local supplier base
• Assess opportunities for process improvement across the function
• Skills and Experience
• Solid experience in procurement managing a variety of indirect categories preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industries
• Demonstrated abilities with data analysis and report preparation
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to negotiate
• Results focused
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload
• Experience with SAP and Ariba
