• Engage with customers to understand their needs through structured questioning.
• Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, and other relevant product details in line with compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Show resilience and maintain motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.
• Stay informed on product offerings, process changes, and industry updates to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
