Project Manager - General Insurance

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep insurance experience to lead the delivery of insurance products and system transformations. This is a high-impact role at the heart of an enterprise-wide initiative to build scalable, future-ready platforms and claims solutions.

You'll work side-by-side with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects from concept to launch. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of delivering insurance solutions end-to-end, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Bring :

Strong background in insurance product and system delivery

Experience leading large-scale programs with multiple technology streams

Confidence working with execs, business teams, and technical stakeholders

Excellent risk management, budgeting, and delivery planning skills

Knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban), Jira, Confluence, and SDLC best practices

Great communication skills - you know how to brief a boardroom
