Job descriptionWhat's in it for you Brand new office in St Kilda 4 days Part time Flexible hours available Fantastic close-knit team || Supportive family environment Generous remuneration Stable growing company The Role End to end bookkeeping Accounts payable and receivable processing BAS preparation and lodgement Profit and loss reporting Monitoring and reporting project costs Assisting the property settlement process Reporting and presenting figures to management Liaising with and assisting internal and external parties Ad-hoc administration duties What you need Ability to work autonomously Experience dealing with multiple entities and ability to multi-task Experience in a similar role using XERO Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail Strong MS Office and Excel skills Effective time management and organisation skills A highly level of discretion, accountability and professionalism Relevant bookkeeping experience within the property industry would be desirable Payroll, Corporate Secretarial and ASIC lodgements experience is favourable but not essential APPLY NOW!
