Multiple Service Desk Analyst / IT Help Desk / IT Support Officer35-$50 per hourLong Term Federal ContractIgnite are seeking several technology orientated people to join one of our well known Federal Government clients as a Service Desk Analyst.
- Role and Responsibilities can include
- Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment
- Queue management via the department's service management tool
- Win 10 and O365 System Administration
- Basic user training
- Application Support including Office 2016
- Determine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems. Install and configure software and hardware, and repair and replace peripheral equipment.
- Ensure all service support knowledgebase and artefacts, and policies and procedures are followed at all times to ensure consistency and compliance of service.
- Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2 / 3 teams
- Strong customer service or people skills
- Ability to work and contribute in a diverse cultural workplace, and build strong relations amongst peers
You must be an
- Australian Citizen
- with the ability to obtain a security clearance if necessary to be considered for this role due to federal government security regulations.
