Job description
  • Multiple Service Desk Analyst / IT Help Desk / IT Support Officer
  • 35-$50 per hour
  • Long Term Federal Contract
  • Ignite are seeking several technology orientated people to join one of our well known Federal Government clients as a Service Desk Analyst.

    • Role and Responsibilities can include
    • Assisting with Incident management and request fulfilment
    • Queue management via the department's service management tool
    • Win 10 and O365 System Administration
    • Basic user training
    • Application Support including Office 2016
    • Determine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems. Install and configure software and hardware, and repair and replace peripheral equipment.
    • Ensure all service support knowledgebase and artefacts, and policies and procedures are followed at all times to ensure consistency and compliance of service.
    • Responsibility for compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2 / 3 teams
    • Strong customer service or people skills
    • Ability to work and contribute in a diverse cultural workplace, and build strong relations amongst peers
    • You must be an

    • Australian Citizen
    • with the ability to obtain a security clearance if necessary to be considered for this role due to federal government security regulations.
    • Working from home / flex
    • arrangements are considered on a case-to-case basis.
