This is a vital role within our Mackay Service team, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of service jobs, timesheet entry, travel bookings, and general office administration.

You will also be part of a rotating reception roster, ensuring professional front-of-house service for both visitors and phone enquiries.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and SupervisorsProcessing timesheets, booking travel, and assisting with workflow coordinationProcessing purchase orders, receipting supplier invoices, and supporting cost trackingParticipating in the reception roster, including answering phones and greeting visitorsManaging uniforms, office supplies, and consumablesMaintaining contractor records and supporting inductionsHandling document management, mail distribution, filing, and general office upkeepAssisting with meeting room setups and providing back-up support to other administrators as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in an administration or office support role (2–3 years preferred, but not essential)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional phone mannerStrong attention to detail and solid organisational skillsReliable, punctual, and flexible with a collaborative approach to workAdditional InformationWhat we offer : Employee Assistance ProgramSocial Club, events and team buildingStaff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand productsStrong company culture and valuesAccess to opportunities within a globally recognised OEM companyTo apply, please submit your cover letter and resume through the online application link.
