Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services in Perth. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including :

• Supervising Planned or Quoted work to vacant or tenanted properties.
• Supervising Technical Services delivery and Defect Works.
• Work Order Management, and scope validations.
• Investigation and reporting of incidents within client and internal timeframes required.
• Completion of targeted site inspections and audits on subcontractors, internal staff and processes.
• Effectively communicate as a key client contact to help build Client relationships in a collaborative manner.
