Job description

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing for our client. This is your chance to join a collaborative, values-driven team and grow your career in a highly respected organization.

Location : Murarrie

Pay : $38 per hour.

Shift : Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders
• Accurately enter customer orders with attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support key department activities, initiatives, and projects
• Organize and process email orders in coordination with the Customer Service Team Leader
• Uphold the company's values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction
