Customer Success Representative

Location : Entegy Offices - West End, Brisbane / Hybrid

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our Customer Success team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and partners, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

You’re someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is passionate about relationship management, and has a strong grasp of digital platforms. You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable navigating both strategy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Entegy clients and partners
• Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of the Entegy platform
• Maintain regular client engagement to support usage, renewals, and growth
• Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues and surface key feedback
• Monitor account health and flag risks early, proactively reducing churn
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Deliver insights, best practices, and updates that support client success
• Contribute to internal initiatives focused on improving customer experience and success outcomes
