Customer Service Representative

Job descriptionExtensive training provided (class room style training followed by supervised 'on the job' training) Hybrid work arrangement including 4 days working from home and 1 day in the office per week. Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries Deliver accurate and timely information Escalate complex issues when required Maintain accurate records across multiple systems Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) Customer service experts that have a genuine passion for helping their customers Previous experience in a busy customer-focused role (contact centre experience a bonus!) Resilient, positive, and solution-focused - skills that are essential for this position! The ability to work autonomously as well as a team setting Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail A Tech savvy approach when it comes to using a dual screen, multiple systems and a headset Available for the next 6 months (no leave or holidays planned) Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for atleast 6 months Applicants must have access to 100 points of ID and be able and willing to pass a criminal history check (cost covered by Randstad) Applicants must be able to pass a drug & alcohol check as apart of the onboarding process (cost covered by Randstad)

- Conveniently located In the heart of Brisbane CBD & accessible by public transport
- Multiple temporary positions available, offering full-Time Hours on a 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
- Paying $37.86 per + super
- Numerous start dates now available with the first start date commencing in August
- Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
- scheduled hours are between 8am-8pm (applicants must be available during this time period)
