We are seeking an Educational Leader to join our new team for a brand new, contemporary Early Childhood Education and Care service in Bulimba. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our newly established Harmony centre and contribute your excellence in your practices. We are seeking team members who will bring commitment and innovation whilst caring, supporting and guiding children to their potential.

As an Educational Leader you will play an influential role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families as well as ensuring that children's learning and development is guided by the learning outcomes of approved learning frameworks. You will embody the Harmony vision, mission and values, and will crucially support the Nominated Supervisor to implement a holistic approach to the care and development of children, encouraging investigation, creativity and exploration of their environment.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional Leadership structure consisting of a full-time Centre Director, responsible for evaluating and driving effective centre business performance and a full-time Relationship Manager, responsible for all enrolment management and family engagement.

We have recently introduced Quality Managers to Harmony's structure as dedicated support for our Educational Leaders in best practice for quality and curriculum.

Our new centre is nestled along the serene bends of the Brisbane River in Bulimba, a picturesque suburb known for its vibrant café culture, leafy streets, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Our 122-place centre is spread across 3 floors, has basement car parking and is accessible by public transport.
