Our Green Leaves Ashgrove Cottage service is a boutique 54-place centre that has a well-established sense of belonging, where children engaged in community expeditions throughout the year. Our newly appointed Educational Leader will have a wonderful opportunity to work alongside our dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to further support children to develop a strong sense of citizenship. Your contribution to the community connection curriculum will be highly valued and supported. As part of the leadership team, you will assist Our dedicated centre director Kobi to ensure best practice centre wide.

- Day to day, you will
- Have a vision and a plan for educational excellence
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your exceptional understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Use a collaborative approach with educators to provide curriculum direction and guidance
- Understand the importance of building community
- Empower educators and cultivate stronger leadership skills
- Create collaborative, inclusive learning environments.

- You will hold
- Current ACECQA approved Diploma / Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain one
