Branch Administrator

This role is 5 hours per day, 4 days per week , with flexible start times – ideal for school mums or dads wanting to work around school drop-offs and pick-ups.

What you’ll be doing :

• Basic data entry and filing
• Scanning and document management
• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Ordering lunches and supporting meeting prep
• General admin support as needed

What we’re looking for :

• A positive attitude and great communication skills
• Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
• Someone reliable, organised, and happy to pitch in
