Logistic Services Coordinator

Join our team on a full-time basis in Perth Airport working with our clients on major projects. This role provides contract delivery service and will be working closely with our clients ensuring that we provide excellent service.

• Tasks & Responsibilities
• Actively build relationships with the key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
• Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers' requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer
• Liaise with third party transport providers and internal departments regarding coordination of freight requirements
• Investigate, follow up and close non-conformance reports (NCR) in accordance with agreed procedure and timeline
• Assist in the location and preparation of freight in accordance to customer requirements to ensure delivery in a timely manner
• Liaise with operations team to ensure all 'must travel' freight is actioned
• Understand all relevant customer KPI's and assist in the consistent delivery of the set targets
• What you'll bring
• Previous experience in customer service or the Transport industry - desired
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems and address potential service issues
