Max term full-time position until 30 June 2026 based at SaleIncrease fortnight take-home pay with access to $15,900 salary packaging benefits!10% gap discount for childcare services with Uniting Early LearningYour new roleAs a Family Violence Case Support Worker, you undertake a range of tasks that directly support the Case Management team(s) and the organisation in delivering high-quality, client centered support to adult and child victim-survivors of family violence. This includes maintaining accurate client records, coordinating referrals, managing correspondence, and assisting with data and reporting.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by streamlining administrative processes, helping to build a comprehensive picture of client circumstances, and enabling Case Managers to focus on direct client support.

You will also have :

Knowledge and experience of the issues facing children, youth and their families, and the provision of intervention and support to assistExperience in working with vulnerable children, young people and families, and the ability to work flexibly to meet their needsExperience in working with those impacted by family violence, substance abuse, physical and mental health issues is highly desirableDemonstrated experience and knowledge in undertaking risk assessments of children, young people and families, and planning interventions that address risk and promote self determinationUnderstanding of the legislative requirements of the Children, Youth and Family Act 2005 as they effect family services particularly the "Best Interests" framework, the information sharingClick here to view the position description.
