The role involves answering initial enquiries,developing relationships with potential and existing home care clients and their families and working with the clients to develop a care plan that is unique to each one.
This is a permanent full-time position.This role offers a balance between office-based administrative work and travel, including home visits to conduct initial assessments, complete client sign-ups, and collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies and services that address their unique needs and expectations.
Additionally, the role involves ongoing client reviews to ensure their well-being.
