REQUIREMENTS

Experience in both Chinese and Western kitchens, with agility and a strong understanding of food hygiene

Provide professional and high-quality food service

Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests

Hold a relevant Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate expertise in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee food preparation and production in the central kitchen, manage

ingredients and personnel, and coordinate private chef banquet services

Ensure food quality, presentation, and flavor align with company standards

Keep the kitchen clean and well-organized Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule : 10 hour shift
