Senior People Advisory Officer

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly capable Senior People Advisory Officer to join our clients dynamic People & Safety team in Leederville. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting leaders and employees by providing expert advice across a wide range of people management and employment relations (ER) matters. You’ll focus on minimising organisational risk, enhancing workplace culture, and driving performance outcomes.

This is a hands-on, case management-intensive position requiring extensive experience in handling complex employee matters.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

• Provide consistent, timely HR and ER advice aligned with organisational policy and people strategy.
• Guide leaders and employees in applying enterprise agreements, awards, and contracts.
• Support the implementation of HR systems and processes in collaboration with the broader People & Safety function.
