With a strong pipeline of custom single homes, two-storey builds, and high-end renovations ranging from $500k to over $2M, this is a rare opportunity to take your design career to the next level.What You'll Be Doing : Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases.Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles – full training provided.Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects.The Breakdown : 70% Design | 30% Drafting (all sketch applications handled in-house)Strong client and planning authority liaisonResidential builds at 8–9+ star NatHERS ratingTraining towards 9–10 star and Passivhaus standards providedWhy Join?$85K – $120k + Super + Productivity Bonus (Depending on your experience)Flexible hours (start between 7 : 00am – 9 : 30am | 40hr week)Quarterly team-building days (chosen by staff)Birthday day off every yearBrand new Perth-based office with on-site parkingLong-term growth opportunities into advanced sustainable design or leadershipInclusive, tight-knit team of 15 across PerthAbout You : Strong residential design experience with a creative edgeConfident in client meetings and concept presentationComfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teamsPassionate about sustainable architecture and innovationThis is a great role for a designer ready to make their mark in a growing firm that values creativity, flexibility, and sustainability.Apply now or reach out to Ian Bond for a confidential chat -
