You also bring : Senior leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM or similar) Tertiary qualifications in business, health or a related field Proven experience in business improvement Strong commercial acumen Experience in aged care or human services Emotional intelligence, patience and resilience Confidence in governance, compliance and navigating reform Reporting to the Board, your responsibilities span : Overseeing operations across residential aged care, retirement living and affordable housing Leading through sector reform Workforce engagement and retention Strategic planning, partnership building and community visibility Building high-trust relationships with the Board, families, residents and staff WHAT MAKES THIS ORGANISATION ONE YOU'D WANT TO WORK FOR?
