Customer Service Officer

An innovative company in Bondi Junction is scaling up, not only here in Australia but globally across into the UK and US markets. An exciting opportunity has become available for a fulltime Customer Service Officer to join the team.

The company culture is about having fun and working hard and to make each and every customer interaction genuine and helpful. Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster with 8.00am or 9.00am starts and some adhoc weekend Saturday work may be required to help the team.

• Working in your upbeat, ecofriendly and genuine team you will participate in the following tasks;
• Manage pre-sales customer enquiries received
• Accurate processing of customer orders through internal systems
• Upselling and promotions of products

We will be seeking a self-motivated and environmental focused team member with experience in areas such as contact centre, social media customer service or transferable customer service skills from the hospitality sector.
