Children are motivated to learn when they have opportunities to make choices in an environment that is enriching and stimulating.
The vast, contemporary structure, lobby, and reception area of our centre are made more homely and welcoming by the incorporation of natural materials. The playrooms are bright and airy, with subdued colours that promote relaxation. Beautiful walls infuse a room with a natural feel and provide a warm, blank backdrop for the tasteful display of artwork, murals, pictures, and more. The older kids like a protected outdoor area where they can play and create, thanks to the inclusion of safe, grassy spaces and a sand pit. These areas were made with kids in mind, allowing them to run about and explore while also picking up some valuable lessons.

- Responsibilities include
- You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care and education is provided.
- You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
- You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists working closely developing collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
- Maintaining centre budgets and ensuring financial aspects of the business are well managed
Your skills with leading, mentoring and developing connected relationships within the centre team, children and families will be essential to your success in this position. This company believe the people in their centre are the most valuable component of their service.

- Essential Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
- At least 5 years experience in a similar Centre Director role
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
- Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
