Multiple Customer Service positions available for a well known and reputable Government Department located in the CBD and inner northern suburbs. Assignments up to 3-6 months available with opportunities for extensions. Hourly Rate $37-$43 per hour. Hours of work Monday -Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
R equired Security Clearances Working with Children Check (WWCC)National Police Clearance (NPC) obtained within 6 monthsThe Role : What you will do : High level advisory and issue resolutionHigh level administrative tasks dutiesGenerate and maintain appropriate records and documentationUndertake information and records management processes, updates and reviewsExperience in dealing with high volume callsHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsStrong background in customer serviceSound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows based PC environmentStrong alpha and numerical data entry skillsProfessional phone mannerAbility to problem solve and learn new technologiesWhy work for Randstad?
