The successful candidate will
- Achieve new business targets
- Identify new prospective customers and develop solutions and strategies to close each opportunity
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Maintain and report pipeline and closed activity
- Ability to utilise the strength of the internal network to effectively prospect and qualify leads
- Work closely and successfully with the internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and customer service.
Essential Skills Required for this role are
Proven experience in sales in freight forwarding / International LogisticsEvidence of increased sales within current customer portfolioCustomer acquisition experienceRoutinely meets or exceeds agreed targetsActively seeks opportunities to grow the business and increase profitabilityUnderstands, communicates and creates solutions to meet customer needsAbility to engage and build strong and profitable relationshipsUphold company culture and high standardsMust have full Australian working rightsFull Australian driving licenseWhats On Offer
