This is a rare chance to shape the people strategy and culture of a purpose-driven organisation from the ground up with the co-founders.

You will bring : Proven HR and people-leadership experience within health, preferably mental healthA track record of supporting early-stage HR or high-growth organisations through transformation and changeExpertise in designing culture, systems, and processes across multi-site clinical teamsAn empathetic, flexible approach to partnering with clinicians, operators, and support staff in a dynamic environmentThe drive to build people infrastructure that empowers teams and improves mental health outcomesStrong capability in learning, development, and employee educationIf this sounds like you — or someone in your network — we would love to connect.
