We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Product team. The Product Owner role is accountable for shaping and executing the strategic vision for product experimentation, optimisation, and development across the Customer Journey being Shopping. This role partners closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to lead, define, prioritise and deliver key product initiatives that drive measurable value, ensuring strong alignment with overarching organisational objectives and market opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee the development and optimisation of product detail pages (PDPs) to enhance product presentation and drive conversions.
Lead initiatives to optimise the shopping cart experience and reduce cart abandonment rates.
Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to increase average order value via product recommendations and bundling.
Drive CRO and A / B testing efforts to optimise the shopping flow and increase conversion rates.
Key Capabilities
Extensive experience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms, user experience design, and digital marketing strategies. A proven ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across web and mobile platforms.
Extensive experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experimentation, and A / B and multivariate testing, using data-driven insights to drive improvements in product performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.
Proven success in leading complex digital products from concept through to launch, including post-launch continuous optimisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams, including working with remote teams, designers, developers, and marketing professionals to deliver innovative, high-quality digital solutions.
Significant experience collaborating with third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring effective delivery, accountability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Strong proficiency in CRO and experimentation tools such as Optimizely, VWO, and Google Optimize, including a deep understanding of A / B testing, MVT (multivariate testing), and funnel optimisation techniques.
Advanced knowledge of web and mobile development processes, including UX / UI design principles, performance optimisation, and technical oversight of development teams.
