Helping our leaders and teams navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and build a thriving culture across all our sites—that's uniquely Peritas.Your Impact Will Span Across : Leadership – Partnering with our Executive and Senior Leaders to provide coaching, workforce insights, and strategic HR guidance.Talent – Leading end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, market benchmarking, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.Culture & Engagement – Championing our culture, driving initiatives, keeping our traditions alive, and leading feedback and engagement through our employee experience platform.Performance & Development – Overseeing career pathways, performance reviews, mentoring, and learning frameworks to support continuous growth and development.HR Compliance – Managing policies, audits, documentation, and ensuring alignment with Fair Work, NES, and ISO standards.Innovation & Improvement – Contributing ideas, enhancing processes, and driving digital efficiencies across People & Culture.HSEQ Alignment – Actively participating in safety, risk, and quality management to help maintain a safe, high-performing environment.Your ProfileWe're on the lookout for a People & Culture (HR) gun who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference.
