• The Successful applicant;
• A minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (blue collar highly regarded)
• Experience in making outbound calls
• Excellent phone manner
• Ability to work well in a team environment & independently
• Ability to manage & grow your own database
• Demonstrated knowledge & experience in relevant recruitment systems
• Ability to work well under pressure & to set deadlines
• Key Responsibilities;
• Data entry
• On call duties as required
• Managing and growing our existing clients
• Managing job advertisements
• Database upkeep and administration duties as required

• 60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
