The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our growing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, streamline office processes, and ensure smooth coordination between teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.Coordinate property management workflows, liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and client teams.Assist in financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support.Maintain and optimize digital filing systems, databases, and client records.Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service.Support HR functions, including onboarding new staff and organizing team communications.Implement and refine office procedures to enhance productivity, including setting service benchmarks and resource allocation.Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.Maintain office supplies, manage equipment servicing, and ensure a safe, functional workspace.Uphold workplace health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.Skills and Qualities
Minimum 1 year (but preferable 2+ years) work experience in office management.Minimum Diploma qualification in business management or business administration.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
