About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role . The Sales Manager will drive the daily performance of the Membership Consultants through coaching, goal setting, and structured training. The ideal candidate will live and breathe sales, customer service, and team culture - understanding the importance of profiling and resilience in a high-conversion environment. Flexible a vailability including weekends is essential.
You'll be expected to be across phone sales, walk-ins, and lead generation - while supporting a culture of excellence through systems like daily huddles, and development plans.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience leading a high-performing sales team (ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality)
Ability to coach and develop others in a structured environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on profiling, customer needs, and resilience
Confident with tech, phone-based sales, and CRM tracking
A "growth mindset" and love of performance-based rewards
