Job descriptionThe benefits Generous base + super 2 paid wellbeing days per year (additional leave) Your birthday off (additional leave) Free on-site parking (Welshpool) Access to our East Perth company gym, pool, spa, and sauna facilities Organic career growth The Role Delivering training to new recruits in the industry, this could be existing workers, trainees and or apprentices. Conducting on site observations of the new recruits, providing corrective training where needed. Liaise with supervisors regarding trainee / apprentice progress. Completing VoC assessments and leveling up Maintaining a strong relationship with our clients and their employees Completing and processing all necessary paperwork. About you You will hold a formal qualification in; Training and assessing TAE40122 (or its equivalent), Mechanical Trade (Fitting) MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering (or its equivalent) Have experience working with conveyor belts and a FIFO lifestyle It's preferred that you have experience in delivering face to face training and hold the relevant qualifications, however we are willing to coach the right person to ensure success. You will bring a positive attitude and want to help students succeed in obtaining the required qualifications!
