Automotive Trainer and Assessoryou will be responsible for :delivering high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Hospitality in classroom and / or virtual environments.establishing and maintain supportive, professional relationships with all students as they progress through the program.being approachable and provide ongoing support to students to foster positive learning environment and encourage successful completion.developing and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements.participating regularly in professional development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in training and assessment.Mandatory Qualifications / Requirementsa) Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
AUR50216 Diploma Automotive Technology
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Relevant industry experience in hospitality or a related field
- Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly efficient time management and organisational skills
- Current National Police Clearance
