Production Team Leader

An opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join our team, working 6am-2.06pm Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work).

Reporting to the WA Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include :

• Leading a team of 11 on the daily operational duties
• Ensuring the team are meeting all safety requirements
• Tracking and helping the team achieve the agreed KPI's and targets by actively contributing to the completion of paint prepping, canopy building and product packaging and boxing as required.
• Ensure team members are appropriately trained to operate equipment and perform their duties accurately and safely. Assist with on-the-job training requirements for the team.
• Ensure the manufacturing area is maintained in a safe, clean and tidy condition.
• Assisting with scheduling duties.
• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader within a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Previous painting experience is desirable
