About the role As a Production Team Leader at Fresh To Go Foods, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to crafting high-quality, ready-made wraps and sandwiches. This is a Full time position that offers a stable and friendly work environment. You will be joining a team that values precision, speed, and quality in food production. Our team is passionate about exceeding the standards of convenience food, ensuring every hand-made meal is created to perfection.

What you'll do Assign location of production staff during productionEnsure that all production staff comply with the company dress codeEnsure that all FTG procedures, specification and policies are adhered to at all timesCommunicate with staff to ensure that all relevant information is relayed effectively and consistentlyEnsure all customer deadlines and specifications are met at all times and notify of any exceptionsEnsure products are being made according to their recipes / specificationsCheck that all ingredients and packaging has been stored in correct location and in an orderly fashionEnsure labels are correct, accurate and up to dateCarry out daily quality GMP checksEnsure lines are set up and sanitisedEnsure cleanliness of factory and office at end of dayEnsure belts and floor are cleaned and food put away and rubbish removed at regular intervals and before breaksSome heavy lifting requiredQualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Production Worker role should have :

Proven ability to lead and coach team membersThe ability to provide clear orders and instructions to team membersMust have food processing experience, machine operating and knife skillsMust be comfortable working in a cold environmentThe ability to have initiative to seek out work with limited directions
