Production Team Leader

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for motivating a team and optimising efficiency?

We are currently seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee shift operations, ensure smooth workflow and drive production targets at our hay processing facility based in Highbury, WA.

The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our hay plant, while working within a dedicated team to deliver and meet customer demand.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for :

Leading and motivating Team MembersSupervising daily activities on the factory floorMonitoring production schedules and quality control processesCollaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate the export of productOperating machinery and equipment including loaders, forklifts and processing machineryLoader Driving – loading raw hay materials into processing areasPlant Operation – Monitoring and adjusting plant equipment for smooth operationAdhering to WHS regulations to maintain a safe work environmentPerforming routine equipment checks to minimise downtimeWork collaboratively within the Production Team to meet targetsWhat We are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you would ideally have :
